Seek God. Serve Others. Share Life! This is who we are: Saint Luke Youth (SLY)

Our Vision is simple: Seek God. Serve Others. Share Life! The theme verse of our youth is 1 Timothy 4:12 which says, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.”

SEEK GOD

First and foremost, we gather together in the name of the One who binds us all. We exist as a group to celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We seek God first. We read God’s Word, we come together in prayer, and we study about how we live a life worthy of God's calling in the context of our daily lives.”

SERVE OTHERS

Once we have fed ourselves on the Word of God, we use God’s teachings to go and feed others. SLY is devoted to service at and beyond our own congregation. We participate in community-wide, world-wide, and even global ministries in order to fulfill our calling to take care of all of God’s children.

SHARE LIFE

Lastly, we are who we are! We fellowship with one another and come together as a community to have fun. We know that the demands of school, friends, life, and everything else gets crazy. SLY comes together regularly to get outside of our own heads, have fun, and laugh A LOT!
