Stand for Justice and Peace, Saturday June 6, 12 noon
Pastor Cliff and Jennifer Wright invite you to join us in a Justice & Peace gathering in front of St. Luke Church on Saturday, June 6, at 12 noon. Bring a sign showing your support for Peace, Justice, and Love.
We will gather along Germantown Parkway, with signs, standing six feet apart. This is not a protest, this is a call for support, to show we care, to demonstrate that we stand for Peace, Justice and the rights of all human beings. Join us if you wish or drop off a sign that can help the cause.
We know this is not for everyone. I do ask that you remember our Lutheran heritage. Martin Luther was a protester. We are Protestants because our church protested abuses 500 years ago. The times have changed, but abuse still occurs, we are all called as Christians to speak up for what is right.
I encourage you to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. My office door is always open, my phone is always on, my email is listed below. Good healthy communication is valued and a way for us to move forward in ministry together.

Corona Virus Update
As part of our continued response to make St. Luke a place of healing and security, we will be implementing the following adjustments to our regular programming:
- All educational and Sunday School programming , including Confirmation, will be cancelled for an indefinite period. Our Wednesday Mid-Week programming and worship will also be cancelled. Read more here.
- We will have online service beginning on 3/22. The service will be available on our website.
- If you have underlying health issues or become sick, please stay home, rest, and recuperate. If you do become sick, please inform us so we can support you in our prayers, provide visits, or run errands for you. By supporting one another, we can all grow stronger in these troubled times.
